What you’ll do: As our Administration Officer, you'll be the face of our Macquarie Park centre providing exceptional client service and critical administrative support in a high-volume environment. You’ll help create a supportive first impression for clients, while managing essential day-to-day operations. You'll also:
Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing warm and compassionate client service
Manage multiple competing priorities, including phone calls, email inboxes, client bookings, rescheduling, payments, reminders, and general enquiries
Provide administrative assistance ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of your work
Collaborate with your team to share responsibilities and support each other through high-volume periods

Based at Macquarie Park
Permanent contract
3 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday 9:30am - 5:30pm, Thursday, 10am- 6pm)

What you’ll bring:
Experience in a client-facing administrative role, ideally within a similar organisation supporting clients with complex needs such as domestic violence or mental health challenges
Technologically adept and quick to learn new systems and processes
Outstanding attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
Highly organised and flexible, able to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
Calm, compassionate and firm communicator, supportive of both clients and team members even in challenging situations
