About the Role
As our New Business Implementation Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of strategic growth initiatives, new service implementations and funding opportunities that help expand our impact across NSW. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll:

Coordinate project plans, milestones, risks and key deliverables across multiple initiatives
Support tender submissions and new business opportunities by coordinating stakeholders and tracking actions
Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations and stakeholder communications
Provide governance and admin support to implementation and innovation groups
Monitor funding opportunities and maintain project controls including workplans, action logs and risk registers

The Details

24-month maximum-term contract
Flexible opportunity to work 4 or 5 days per week
Hybrid working model with 2 days working from home
Based at our Macquarie Park office

What You'll Bring

Around 2 years experience in project coordination, administration, business support or a similar role
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working across different teams and leaders
Desirable - experience supporting tenders, grants or service implementation projects within the health, community services or not-for-profit sector
