What you’ll do
This role is responsible for delivering responsive, hands-on IT support across multiple organisational sites, ensuring reliable operation of end-user devices, systems and network services. The position focuses on onsite troubleshooting, device management and user support, while contributing to service stability, security practices and continuous improvement of technology services

The details:

• Full time
• Based at Macquarie Park
• Ability and willingness to travel across multiple sites
• Approx $70,000 per annum + 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900. (Increase your take home pay! Calculate Your Savings at https://www.salary.com.au/calculate-your-savings)

 
What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent within relevant field
• 1–2 years in IT support, desktop support or field services roles
• Passion for non-profit work and alignment with our organisational values
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management processes
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools
• Strong hands-on problem-solving and customer service skills.
