About the role
As our Group Facilitator, you’ll co-facilitate the ‘Taking Responsibility’ group within our accredited Men’s Behaviour Change (MBC) program, working directly with men who use violence.
This is a pivotal role in creating a safe, therapeutic group environment that promotes accountability and supports meaningful, sustained behavioural change. Working as part of a mixed-gender co-facilitation team, you will engage men using an invitational, therapeutic approach while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, safety, and respectful relationships.
You will work within a feminist, trauma-informed, and family safety framework, ensuring that the needs and safety of women, children, and families remain central. As part of a multidisciplinary model, you’ll collaborate closely with co-facilitators and the Family Safety team to deliver coordinated, evidence-informed interventions that reduce harm and support long-term change.
