About this role
In partnership with Odyssey House and Grand Pacific Health (GPH), RANSW has been commissioned by the Primary Health Network (PHN) to deliver Mental Health and Help aHead Hubs (the Hubs) — an integrated, person-centred service designed to strengthen continuity across mental health, alcohol and other drug (AOD), physical health, and psychosocial supports.
This is a chance to be part of a new and purpose-driven service, contributing to the development of integrated, relationship-based mental health care within an evolving Hub model.
