About the role
We are seeking a strategic and inspiring leader to drive operational excellence, lead high-impact service delivery, and champion innovation across a diverse portfolio of services and programs aligned with RANSW’s strategic goals.

What you’ll do?

• Lead the implementation of organisational strategy into impactful, high-performing service delivery
• Drive operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across programs
• Oversee commercial performance, ensuring financial sustainability and contract compliance
• Deliver complex projects and cross-functional initiatives that enhance client outcomes
• Provide leadership and support to a portfolio of Regional Managers, fostering consistency, capability, and collaboration across the broader leadership team

The details:

• 12 month contract , full time role 
• Based at Macquarie Park, with travel to various locations across NSW required

What you’ll bring?

• Qualifications in Business, Management, or Social Sciences (or equivalent experience); NFP experience is highly regarded 
• Proven senior leadership experience with strong strategic, commercial, and people leadership capability
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and change management skills
• Experience managing multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed service teams
• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, financial management, and risk and governance oversight
