What you'll do
As our Client Service Officer, you will be the face of Relationships Australia as the first point of contact for all inbound enquires. You will create a positive and seamless client experience by providing great customer service in a professional and friendly manner. Your focus will be to actively listen and understand your clients' needs to ensure we recommend the right solutions to assist them and add value to their lives. You’ll:
Be the first point of contact for client phone calls, online queries, emails and webchats
Ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all client interactions
Maintain client-related data collection and ensure record systems are compliant with organisational standards
Manage phone bookings, email and online queries efficiently
What you'll bring
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle all interactions with empathy and emotional intelligence
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills with outstanding attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of our data/systems
Ability to stay organised and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Technologically adept with the ability to grasp new systems and processes quickly including MS office and various CRM systems
Experience working in a call centre or contact centre is desirable
Details
Maximum Contract for 12 months starting in March
Part time role available - 3 or 4 days a week
Hybrid working – 2 days in office is required with one month in the office initially for training
Based at Macquarie Park
