What you’ll do
As our Adolescent and Family Counsellor, you will deliver high quality, child-focused counselling to young people and their families to strengthen and repair relationships during times of significant challenge. You will work with families navigating issues such as high conflict separation, grief and loss, domestic and family violence, complex trauma, mental health concerns and substance use.
Grounded in a family systems and trauma informed framework, your work will focus on helping parents and carers reflect on their parenting approach, shift entrenched patterns, and build the insight and skills needed to better support their children’s emotional and developmental needs.
