About the Role 
Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role is pivotal in shaping RANSW’s future, driving excellence in customer experience, program performance, and commercial sustainability. You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across RANSW’s service delivery portfolio ensuring, high-quality, customer-centric outcomes that meet both funder expectations and community needs.  

What you’ll do: 

• Lead with vision: Oversee customer service delivery across multiple programs and regions, ensuring quality, compliance, and achievement of KPIs and budgets
• Drive performance: Champion operational excellence through resource planning, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Shape strategy: Contribute to organisational growth and innovation as part of the Executive Leadership Team 
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team: Foster a cross-functional collaboration and innovation to keep RANSW responsive, impactful, and future-ready
• Deliver impact: Oversee budgets, performance measures, and resourcing while championing diversity, inclusion, and community impact
• Influence at the highest level: Provide insightful reports to the CEO, Executive, and Board on divisional performance, including data analysis and forecasting

The details: 

• Permanent, full-time role 
• Based at Macquarie Park, hybrid options available

What you’ll bring: 

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Management, or Social Sciences (or equivalent experience); NFP experience is highly regarded 
• Minimum 5 years in an executive/ senior management role leading large, dispersed teams 
• Proven experience delivering organisation-wide strategies and leading change 
• Strong business acumen with a track record of operational excellence and customer service innovation 
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
