About the role
The Head of Risk, Governance and Project Management Office (PMO) is a pivotal leadership role that strengthens RANSW’s organisational integrity, risk maturity and governance culture. As a key strategic advisor to the CEO, Executive, Board and Sub‑Committees, you will play a central part in safeguarding service quality and ensuring programs are delivered safely, effectively and in line with requirements.
You will lead the organisation’s governance, enterprise risk, compliance, privacy and internal audit functions, managing the day‑to‑day oversight of corporate quality, risk and audit systems, including implementation of the Risk Management Framework and related processes. As RANSW’s Privacy Officer, you will also manage privacy compliance, breaches and corrective actions to protect both clients and organisational data.
Working closely with leaders and staff across the organisation, you will guide the PMO to support strategic and divisional project delivery, while fostering strong collaboration and embedding a culture of continuous improvement at both operational and Board levels.
