About the Role
As a Casual Group Facilitator in our Relationship Educator Program, you’ll deliver therapeutic group sessions online, supporting individuals and families to strengthen their relationships.

Sessions run in the evenings, with a supervision session beforehand and note-taking afterward, totalling 4 hours per group. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and contribute to a safe, engaging, and reflective learning environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Training in Tuning Into Kids (TIK) and Circle of Security (COS)
• Formal qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Experience facilitating therapeutic or educational groups with adults, children, or families
• A trauma-informed, client-centered approach
• Strong communication, empathy, and reflective practice skills

• Remote (online delivery)
• Evening groups, including supervision and admin
• Casual contract, 1–2 groups per week
