About the role
As our Therapeutic Caseworker – Intake and Assessment, you’ll be the first point of contact for men referred to the Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP.)
You’ll provide trauma-informed intake and assessment, triaging clients into appropriate programs across multiple sites. When MBCP isn’t suitable, you’ll offer brief intervention casework, information, and referrals to ensure clients are supported. You’ll:
