About the role
As our Group Facilitator, you’ll co-facilitate the ‘Taking Responsibility’ group within our accredited Men’s Behaviour Change (MBC) program. This role is pivotal in creating a safe, therapeutic group environment that promotes accountability and positive behavioural change for men who have used violence in their relationships. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, applying a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to support change while prioritising the safety of women and children.
