About Relationships Australia Relationships Australia NSW (RANSW) supports people through all forms of relationship distress, delivering timely, compassionate and expert care that strengthens wellbeing and connection across NSW.

What you’ll do:
The primary function of the role is to provide quality client service in delivering Relationship Education Groupwork community focused programs. The role has a strong focus on working in primary and high schools to deliver programs. You’ll lead groups, creating a therapeutic learning environment for clients to explore individual and family relationship issues.
  
The details:

• 5 days a week
• 6 month maximum term contract with the potential of being extended
• Able to travel to various schools in the Northern Sydney region
• Approx $48 per hour + 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900. (Increase your take home pay! Calculate Your Savings at https://www.salary.com.au/calculate-your-savings) 

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant qualifications in counselling, psychology, social work, health promotion, or education, with a focus on group work
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering group sessions, ideally with young people
• Specialised training and experience in facilitating group-based education and support programs for children and youth
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice, particularly in contexts involving children, youth, and families
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, support, and educate young participants
