What you’ll do
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll partner with hiring managers to identify and select the right candidates to support our expanding client services, including counselling, family dispute resolution, group work, domestic violence programs, and more. You'll

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting through to offer acceptance
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Advise and assist hiring managers on effective talent acquisition strategies and best practices
• Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes reflect our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging
  

The Details:

• 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday)
• Based at Macquarie Park with flexible work options available

What you’ll bring

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment or a recruitment support role, with a readiness to take on greater responsibilities
• Stakeholder engagement skills with a strong client-centric approach 
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities
• An ability to complete activities autonomously, proactively and timely with a can-do attitude 
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
