We are excited to announce a recruitment drive for our upcoming six-month talent pool. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team across various locations in Sydney Metro. This position is casual and involves providing essential support to clients in both the aged care and NDIS sectors. • Gladesville-Ryde-Eastwood
• Western Suburbs (eg. Burwood, Ashfield, Auburn)
• Parramatta - Hills District 
• St George & Sutherland Shire (eg. Rockdale, Hurstville, Menai)
• South Western Suburbs (eg. Campsie, Bexley, Villawood)

What you'll be doing

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and engaging clients in social and recreational activities
• Advocating for client needs and ensuring their wellbeing and safety
• Maintaining accurate client records and reporting any changes or concerns
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated experience in aged care and/or disability support
• Speak languages other than English (eg. Arabic, Cantonese, Mandarin, Teochew, Khmer, Korean
  Indonesian/Bahasa Malay, Tamil and Hindi, Dari and Farsi etc)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a empathetic and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (desirable)
