B2B Sales Executive - Retail
Location: Liverpool (In-person)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 base + Commission

About the Role
As a B2B Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new B2B customers, from independent health stores to large retailers. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage both cold and warm leads, and build lasting client relationships to drive revenue growth.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand B2B reach.
• Identifying, contacting, and building relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Managing a structured approach to lead generation, sales calls, and follow-ups.
• Keeping detailed customer records using CRM software.
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets in your designated region.
• Collaborating with the Business Development Manager and the wider team to drive sales initiatives.
 
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in field/telesales, ideally in a B2B setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A structured, organised approach to sales, with experience in lead generation.
• A background in food supplements or health products (desirable but not essential).
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Negotiation skills and an ability to identify customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when needed.
 
What You’ll Get
• Competitive base salary (£27,000 – £30,000) with an uncapped commission structure.
• A Monday – Friday schedule (09:00 – 17:00), with occasional weekend work.
