Talent Choice is delighted to partner exclusively with Wellington Eye Clinic, one of Ireland’s most respected specialist eye clinics.
Family-run and surgeon-led, Wellington Eye Clinic has been delivering exceptional vision correction and eye care for over 45 years.
The Clinic is now seeking an experienced Assistant Clinic Manager to support its day-to-day operations and help continue its exceptionally high standards of patient care and service.
This is a newly created role and an excellent next step for someone who has already gained strong people management and operational experience and is now ready to progress into a broader clinic management position.

As the Clinic Manager prepares for maternity leave later this year, you will gradually take on additional responsibility for the wider management of the clinic, with the support of an experienced leadership team. Following this period, you will continue in the permanent position of Assistant Clinic Manager.
