My client, a leading international creative company is seeking a skilled administrator to join the HR team as a HR Admin.

The Role - What you'll do:

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers
• Maintain accurate HR systems and employee records
• Administer employee benefits (Bike2Work, Tax Saver, pensions, HSF) and liaise with providers
• Support payroll submissions and HR reporting
• Coordinate recruitment processes from job posting through to onboarding
• Assist with HR inductions and cross-team projects
• Supporting local and global HR projects as required

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years' administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment ( Marketing, Creative, Events, Arts Space)
• HR admin experience – Although HR experience is highly desirable, it’s the admin experience in fast paced environment we need!
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Confident Microsoft Office with ability to pick up systems quickly
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• A proactive, team focused approach
