My client, a growing North Dublin insurance brokerage, has an exciting opening for a Commercial Account Executive to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class service to SME clients across all commercial insurance products.
• Operate with sound risk awareness and deliver tailored solutions rather than scripted responses.
• Build and maintain knowledge across multiple commercial insurance products and systems.
• Manage your workload effectively, ensuring client requests and call backs are handled promptly.
• Develop and test innovative sales strategies to help grow the brokerage's profile and brand.
• Work with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Resolve client enquiries with professionalism, enhancing the company's reputation.

What we're looking for:

• 2 year experience in Personal Insurance & seeking to move into a New Business Commercial 
• Knowledge of insurance software (Relay / Open GI is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to create tailored insurance solutions for SME clients.
• A genuine passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
