My client, an accountancy practice in North Dublin, is hiring a Cloud Accounting Manager/Senior Manager to lead their growing Cloud Accounting team.

Duties

• Lead the Cloud Accounting department, managing client accounts and fostering team development.
• Oversee the preparation of management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Build strong client relationships, offering expert advice on cloud accounting software.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and cloud tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Support clients transitioning to cloud software with training and ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities to grow the client base and expand services.

About You

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in bookkeeping, management accounts, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience advising clients on cloud technology (advantageous).
