You'll play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of this dynamic organisation. Your duties will include:
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Processing supplier and creditor payments
• Reconciling creditor statements
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Posting bank account transactions to MS Business Central
• Monitoring sales and lodgements
• Liaising with suppliers and internal staff regarding general finance queries
• Providing cover for other members of the finance team
• Other ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years' experience in a similar Accounts Admin role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with MS Business Central is an advantage
• Ability to take ownership of designated responsibilities
• Highly organised and efficient
