Established, well-respected, successful Aesthetics company seeks a Marketing Manager to drive the implementation, communication, and program management for brand marketing for a highly-regarded line of Cosmeceutical products. This is an extensive line of popular, innovative, science-based (clinically supported) products that are directly dispended by Dermatologists, Plastics Surgeons, and other aesthetic physicians to their patients.

Note: Location: This position is based in Northern New Jersey. Remote work is available for a finite period of time if not located locally, then transition to working at New Jersey headquarters.
Responsibilities (partial)
- Drive the implementation, communication, and program management for brand marketing
- Collaborate with Product Development on new product initiatives
- Develop/execute 360 campaigns in coordination with Sales, Education, PR, KOL, Digital
- Develop both physician marketing and consumer marketing promotions
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, PR, Regulatory and Product Development
- Perform market research on competitors and trends, including pricing
- Manage budget, create unit and revenue forecast for product line
- Support development/implementation of marketing/promotions calendar
- Work with Sales and Logistics to analyze sales data, inventory, trends
- Provide trade show support as needed
Requirements (partial) - Bachelor’s degree; may consider industry experience in lieu of a degree
- 3-5+ years’ experience in Marketing in Cosmeceuticals, OTC, or Specialty Dermatology
- Experience in Medical Aesthetics and Physician Dispensing preferred
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills within a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, positive, not afraid to ask questions, can lead new initiatives
- Excellent Leadership and problem-solving skills, team player, collaborative
- Strong/creative writing and speaking skills; able to communicate with a wide-range of stakeholders
