This is an exciting role for someone looking to advance their career in business analysis and Technology. You will be responsible for understanding business processes across various client groups and through good facilitation and interviewing skills will understand and evaluate Business processes for suitability for automation. You will have the ability to understand and analyze Business processes across a wide domain of clients and gain a expertise in creating clear Business process maps and Business Requirements Documentation.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and observe processes to understand process steps, interdependencies, and applications used to complete business transactions.
Conduct interviews to understand the Business processes and potential for automation.
Identify which processes are feasible for automation, provide recommendations to alter or reengineer processes to automate and/or improve automation potential.
Facilitate, document, and validate automation requirements.
Collaborate with RPA developers and clients on complex issues/conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality, and risk of projects.
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in RPA, collaborates with team members and management to incorporate new trends and developments into solutions.
Develop Detailed PDD (Process Description Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document) documentation
Provides continuous updates to RPA clients and stakeholders both internal and external.
Author and peer review high-level business requirements/ story maps and process artifacts
Actively participate and/or manage Business Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Contribute to the success of the team and its vision by encouraging open communication, innovation, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

College diploma or university degree ideally in a mix of Business & Tech.
1-2 years of Business Analysis experience or related experience
Ability to prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks with a high attention to detail.
Expert level Computer literacy with mapping and spreadsheets and the MSOffice suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)
Strong commitment to client service excellence
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
Tech Savvy with a passion for new and emerging technologies
Able to communicate effectively and concisely both written and verbal and across various audiences.
Experience with programming languages is an asset.
Experience or exposure to RPA is an asset.
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task effectively and independently within a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to follow up on issues independently and ensure they are resolved promptly.
Ability to gauge the appropriate level of priority and detail and/or effort required on any given project.
Able to analyze complex issues from multiple perspectives and provide strategic recommendations.
Able to think critically, beyond the status quo, and provide innovative/creative solutions to existing problems.
