Project Managers (Senior & Junior Opportunities)

• This role is based in Breakwater, Geelong.

 
Main tasks:

• This position will deliver allocated projects, capital and/or developer, to ensure they are delivered safely to a high-quality standard, with minimised impact to the environment and within agreed timeframes and budgets.
• Responsible for the planning and management of assigned projects ensuring they are planned and constructed to both industry, and Barwon Asset Solutions standards and policy
• Responsible for also supporting BAS in identifying and winning external project opportunities
• Financial accountability, generating quotes and tenders, generating project budgets and cost tracking to accurately forecast projects.
• Manage all project elements from program, scope, financial, customer, design, procurement, stakeholder, approvals and importantly the safety of activities.
• Comply with all Barwon Asset Solutions policies, procedures and guidelines including those relating to health, safety, environmental and quality performance, equal opportunity (including harassment and bullying), privacy and code of conduct.

 
Successful candidates will have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or similar related disciplines.
• Demonstrated industry experience in project & construction management (preferably in the utilities sector).
• Practical experience leading project teams to deliver on key project objectives & milestones.
• Excellent track record in delivering projects/programs.
• High standard of work with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction SQE risk management
• Effective communication capabilities
