We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for multiple casual opportunities across North Geelong and a local council landfill facility.
We have opportunities available in production labouring and gate attendant duties, suited to hands-on candidates who are physically fit, safety-conscious and keen to get involved.

Role 1: Production Labourer
Location: North Geelong

Our client is seeking casual Production Labourers to join their team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These roles are suited to reliable, hands-on individuals who enjoy physical work and are happy to assist across a range of production and general labouring duties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with production processes and loading raw materials.
• Monitoring product quality and completing quality checks.
• Performing general labouring, cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
• Operating industrial cleaning equipment, including pressure washers.
• Assisting with bulk truck and container out-loading, including container lining and quality checks.
• Completing production records and basic data entry.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

Shift Details:

• Day shifts starting from 6am.
• Shifts ranging from 8–12 hours.
• Approximately 2–3 shifts per week, with scheduling arranged between both parties.

About You:

• Previous production, manufacturing or general labouring experience is highly regarded.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, including lifting up to 25kg.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work well within a team.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and police check.

Role 2: Gate Attendant & Labourer
Location: Drysdale Landfill

We are seeking a reliable and practical Gate Attendant & Labourer to assist with the day-to-day operations of a local council landfill facility.
This varied role combines visitor assistance, general labouring, site maintenance, truck driving and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting visitors with reversing and parking vehicles safely into allocated positions.
• Driving trucks around the site.
• Collecting rubbish and maintaining a clean and tidy facility.
• Assisting with general labouring and site maintenance.
• Supporting daily landfill operations and maintaining a safe environment.
• Operating plant and machinery as required.

About You:

• Hold a current HR truck licence (essential).
• Previous plant or machinery operating experience is highly regarded.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work.
• Confident communicating with visitors and assisting with vehicle movements.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and police check.
