About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will work closely with customers to help them select the right flooring and window furnishing solutions for their homes and projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in our showroom with carpet, hybrid, timber, laminate, vinyl, blinds, shutters and curtains.
• Conducting in-home consultations and accurate site measurements.
• Providing knowledgeable advice on products, colours, styles and practical solutions.
• Reading house plans and construction drawings to prepare accurate quotations.
• Preparing quotes, processing orders and coordinating deliveries and installations.
• Building strong customer relationships from initial enquiry through to project completion.
• Following up enquiries and converting sales opportunities.
• Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising.
• Assisting with warehouse operations, stock handling and customer collections when required.
• Keeping up to date with new products, industry trends and training.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in sales, with a genuine drive to achieve results.
• Customer-focused, friendly and professional.
• Confident communicating with a wide range of customers.
• Comfortable with measurements, quoting and basic calculations.
• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
• Experienced in flooring, window furnishings, building or retail sales -highly regarded but not essential.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence is essential.
