As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will provide expert product guidance, build strong customer relationships, and support customers in choosing high-end fireplace solutions. About You

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A genuine willingness to go above and beyond for customers
• Extremely reliable with an excellent work ethic
• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to build a long-term career
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and earning commissions
• Willing to assist with end-of-day tasks, including general cleaning and maintaining showroom presentation
• Forklift licence is desirable (but not essential)
• Previous sales experience is required, preferably in retail or customer-facing roles.
