We’re recruiting for multiple positions within our client’s Land Management Team – offering great pay and full time hours!

Location: Geelong and Surf Coast 
Pay Rate: $41.80/hour + 12% super
Hours: Full-time | 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday


About the Roles:
As part of this Government organisation, you’ll be working in small crews to maintain parks, gardens, wetlands, and public spaces. Responsibilities include:

• Gardening and general landscaping
• Grass cutting and vegetation control
• Tree planting and care
• Herbicide application
• Minor asset maintenance and repairs
• Operating and maintaining small plant equipment
• Working in efficient 2-person teams

What We're Looking For:
Ideal candidates will have a love for the outdoors and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Horticulture, Landscaping, or Parks & Gardens (qualification or hands-on experience)
• Wetland and plant knowledge
• Truck licence and machinery tickets (desirable)
• Experience with equipment like mowers, whipper snippers, chainsaws, etc.
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Availability for overtime when required
• A genuine interest in a long-term outdoor career
