Civil Maintenance Officer

Main tasks:.

• Minor maintenance services.
• Operate & maintain small plant in the delivery of services.
• General civil labour task, digging, backfilling, site prep, working around machinery
• Assessing network faults. investigate, repair and report.
• Use of power tools, pressure hoses and plant.
• Operate truck and plant machinery.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safety and efficiently.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following WHS best practices
• Rectify sewer or water faults within a timely manner

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Detailed maintenance experience.
• Plumbing / Water industry exposure/experience
• Truck licence MR/HR.
• Plant machinery tickets.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge and ability with plant.
• Outdoor maintenance experience.
• Strong work ethic.
• Availability to work overtime as required.
• A good level of fitness and agility.
• Strong desire for a career in this field.
• Police Check (Clear)
• Ability to pass detailed pre-employment medical incl D&A test.
