We are seeking dedicated Home & Community Carers / Domestic Assistants to join our teams around the Geelong area and in the Bellarine and Lara/Avalon regions. We have multiple positions available, offering flexible hours and a rewarding work environment.

About the Role:
As a Home & Community Carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include light housework, personal care, respite services, and assistance with appointments.
To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Certificate III in Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Aged Care
• Current First Aid Level II and CPR certification
• Working With Children Check
• Current Police Check
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Availability to work 3-5 days a week
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with elderly clients
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow OH&S guidelines and procedures

Role Details:

• Availability required Monday to Friday (minimum of 3 days per week)
• Work in the Geelong region (close to home)
• Flexible hours tailored to your availability
