People & Culture Admin Officer (Immediate Start – Short-Term Contract)  
We're looking for an organised and detail-focused People & Culture Admin Officer to step into this short-term role with an immediate start. You'll support the internal HR team with recruitment and employee processes while helping create a great experience for both candidates and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews, coordinate reference checks, and send employment offers
• Help onboard new staff, follow up compliance paperwork, and track pre-employment checks
• Keep employee records up to date and maintain digital files
• Prepare staff ID cards and manage document expiry processes
• Assist with booking training sessions and events
• Support staff recognition, engagement and wellbeing activities
• Experience using Employment Hero is highly regarded

You’ll Bring:

• Previous admin or HR experience
• Great organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and confidentiality
• Ability to pick up systems quickly (Microsoft Office a must)

Roster Coordinator (Short-Term Contract) 4 days per week 
This  role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, planning ahead, and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Roster Coordinator, you’ll ensure that disability support workers are scheduled effectively to meet client needs, while balancing staff availability and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage staff rosters using SWAG/Employment Innovations
• Fill shifts quickly and plan ahead for upcoming absences
• Match staff to clients based on skills and compatibility
• Report cancellations, monitor trends, and support workforce planning
• Communicate changes clearly with staff and internal teams
• Work with payroll/finance to ensure accuracy of rostered hours
• Occasionally step into shifts if needed and participate in the on-call rotation

You’ll Bring:

• Strong admin or rostering experience (ideally 2+ years)
• Confident using online systems (SWAG, Employment Hero, or similar)
• Great communication, time management, and crisis-handling skills
• Experience in disability support or a related field is a plus
