The Role

As a Merchandise Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in their continued success by developing, executing, and optimising merchandise strategies that drive profitability and sales growth. Your analytical mindset and proactive approach to product will make you an invaluable member of this team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop merchandise plans to align with sales, margin, and inventory targets.
• Analyse trends, customer behaviour, and market opportunities to forecast demand accurately.
• Collaborate closely with buyers to ensure the commercial side of the business is heard.
• Monitor and adjust strategies in response to market performance, ensuring maximum profitability.
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with Suppliers to achieve a successful outcome for all.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in merchandise planning within the retail or fashion sector with 1-2 years of experience.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• A track record of delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
• Advanced skills in merchandise planning systems and Excel.
