Are you an experienced tax professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and international environment? We are seeking a Tax Manager to oversee and manage all tax-related matters across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations while driving strategic tax planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance and ensure the timely preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
• Manage deferred tax computations, cash tax forecasting, and budget preparation.
• Conduct tax account reconciliations and liaise with local tax authorities on audits and investigations.
• Collaborate with external advisors on corporate tax matters and strategic tax planning.
• Prepare and consolidate quarterly tax packs across multiple markets.
• Supervise and mentor the tax and compliance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive ad-hoc tax projects and provide strategic tax guidance to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 8+ years’ experience in taxation and accounting, with strong exposure to international tax regulations.
• Proven expertise in tax compliance, planning, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Great Plains (GP) and Oracle FCCS preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex tax issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
