Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact position where you will shape and embed enterprise-wide risk, governance, and compliance frameworks while partnering closely with executive leadership to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional compliance role. You will play a key role in influencing business direction, strengthening governance, and building a commercially aligned risk culture across multiple operating entities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks across the group
Partner with the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team to define risk appetite and strategy
Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across all business units
Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Deliver high-quality reporting to Board and Risk Committees
Embed a strong, proactive risk culture across the organisation
Lead and develop a high-performing risk and compliance team
Drive continuous improvement across governance, controls, and business processes
About You
Proven experience in a senior risk, compliance, or governance leadership role within financial services
Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory environments
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including Board and executive level
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk with business objectives
Experience in emerging markets or complex environments will be highly regarded
