An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dealership Manager to lead a high-performing automotive dealership operation in Lae, Papua New Guinea. This role is responsible for driving profitability, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service across the dealership's Sales, Parts, and Service divisions.

The Role:
As the Dealership Manager, you will oversee the full dealership operation, ensuring the business achieves its strategic objectives while maintaining high levels of service delivery, operational compliance, and employee engagement.
You will play a key leadership role in maximising revenue streams, managing operational performance, and developing high-performing teams across the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver dealership strategic objectives aligned with corporate and operational goals.
Develop and manage the annual dealership budget, ensuring strong financial performance and profitability.
Drive revenue growth across vehicle sales, parts, and service operations.
Monitor and control dealership financial transactions, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Oversee vehicle and parts inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
Analyse monthly management reports and implement corrective actions where required.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product launches and promotional activities.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and sales growth.
Ensure compliance with all organisational policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits and ensure dealership compliance with quality and safety standards.
Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
Conduct performance reviews and implement employee development plans.
About You
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline, or relevant automotive industry qualifications.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management or dealership leadership role.
Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong organisational, planning, and operational management capabilities.
Experience managing sales, service, and parts operations within a dealership environment.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High level of computer literacy and experience working with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
