Regional Sales Manager - Lower Highlands

Are you a motivated commercial leader with a passion for sales growth, team development, and market execution? We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across the Lower Highlands region.
This role plays a critical part in delivering superior customer service, ensuring strong route-to-market execution, and growing regional market share through effective planning, people leadership, and trade excellence.
The Opportunity
As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a regional sales team across multiple markets and channels
- Shape and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume and market growth targets
- Drive excellence in trade execution, merchandising standards and customer experience
- Build strong customer relationships and manage key regional accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews, forecasts and reporting insights to support growth
- Manage budgets, pricing, sales reporting and ensure consistent delivery against targets
- Coordinate regional promotional activities and support national events
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
You will have the authority to act within relevant policies for all sales and marketing activities within your region, and work closely with the National Sales leadership team to shape market direction.
What You'll Bring Experience - 5-10 years' experience in Sales leadership roles
- Proven experience in FMCG (mandatory)
- Strong ability to analyse business issues, build plans and deliver solutions
- Experience managing diverse teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Skills & Competencies - Excellent leadership, coaching and people development capabilities
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of planning, analytical and organisational ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic market environment
- High levels of professionalism, ethics, and personal drive
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field (preferred)
