Key Responsibilities

• Process import documentation and oversee clearance procedures
• Coordinate payments of duties and shipping charges
• Engage daily with key authorities and stakeholders including PNG Customs, NAQIA, PNG Ports, and Port Services
• Oversee airfreight, post clearance, and branch clearances (Lae & Rabaul)
• Represent the business in PNGSBA and customs meetings

What We're Looking For

• A valid PNG Customs Broker License is essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience liaising with PNG Customs
• Strong knowledge of PNG Customs Tariff and legislation
• Familiarity with ASYCUDA and clean PCA report history
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and public holidays as needed
• A current Police Clearance Certificate is required
