Senior Credit Analyst

Are you ready to take your credit risk expertise to the next level? We are seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join a high-performing Corporate & Commercial Banking team, supporting large commercial clients and high-value lending portfolios.

This is a pivotal role focused on credit structuring, financial analysis, and risk management — with the opportunity to mentor junior analysts and make a tangible impact on business outcomes.

What You will Do:

• Prepare, assess, and analyse complex credit applications for large commercial clients
• Work closely with relationship managers and credit teams to structure deals and manage portfolio risk
• Conduct financial and risk analysis, cash flow modelling, and ensure high-quality credit submissions
• Oversee customer portfolio reviews and apply sound credit management practices
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior analysts
• Enhance customer experience through responsive and ethical service

What You will Bring:

• Minimum 4 years of banking experience, with a strong background in credit analysis
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and risk profiling
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to cash flow modelling
• Strong communication and influencing skills to manage internal and external relationships
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field
• Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
