About the Role Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, driving strategic financial initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced finance professional eager to shape and enhance financial operations in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and risk management strategies.
• Optimize cash flow management and investment decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Strengthen relationships with financial institutions to support business growth.
• Assess and improve accounting processes, leveraging technology and automation.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and ERP system functionality.
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive business efficiency and financial sustainability.

Key Deliverables (First 12 Months)

• Develop and lead a strong finance team, ensuring clear role alignment and high performance.
• Establish robust relationships with banking partners to support financing needs.
• Optimize the ERP system to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and reduce inefficiencies.
• Play a key role in financial strategy, HR recruitment within the finance function, and broader business leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting, and compliance.
• Experience in a similar-sized or larger organization.
• Exposure to working in developing markets (desirable but not essential).
• Hands-on, energetic, and technology-savvy approach to finance leadership.
