About the Role
As the Industrial Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the showroom and sales function, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving business growth. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in team leadership, sales development, stock control, and customer relationship management. Your mission: lead from the front, deliver results, and elevate the branch’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through structured planning, team coaching, and strategic customer engagement
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to meet and exceed performance targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through onsite visits and product demonstrations
• Oversee promotional events, product displays, and showroom presentation
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure alignment with customer demand
• Resolve customer issues promptly to protect business reputation and ensure satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and revenue trends to inform forecasts and strategies
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Ensure operational excellence across security, warehouse, and distribution functions
• Champion staff development and health & safety initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
• Proven experience in retail or sales management – industrial or agricultural product knowledge is a plus
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commercially astute with analytical capabilities and a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in business systems – Pronto experience is advantageous
• A results-driven, hands-on leader with a passion for customer service and operational success
