Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality food production and smooth service.
• Mentor and train junior chefs, fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Assist in designing innovative menus, ensuring dishes are cost-effective and meet high presentation standards.
• Monitor food stock levels, ensure accurate portioning, and minimize waste.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Lead daily food preparation, quality control, and ensure timely service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the hotel or restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional food presentation and attention to detail
• Passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence
