Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand growth and market expansion? We are seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy and brand performance within a dynamic organization based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, promoting product growth, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective implementation of strategies and drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and review brand and product plans to meet short- and long-term business objectives.
• Monitor brand performance, manage gross margins, and achieve annual sales targets.
• Act as a category expert, identifying market trends, opportunities, and threats, and providing strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and finance to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and manage budgets effectively to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in brand planning and execution.
• FMCG or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop commercial arguments and work under pressure.
• Initiative and confidentiality in handling tasks.
