The Role
As the General Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility, leading a team of professionals across sales and operations. Key Responsibilities

● Operational Excellence – Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination between teams.
● Strategic Transformation – Lead the transition of the business into new service offerings, identifying emerging market opportunities and expansion potential.
● Team Leadership – Inspire and mentor a diverse workforce, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
