An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Continuous Airworthiness Manager (CAM) to join a reputable aviation organisation. This role is responsible for managing aircraft maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with airworthiness directives, and overseeing the continued airworthiness of the fleet in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance programs for the aircraft fleet.
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness directives and operational directives.
• Approve and oversee modifications, repairs, and component replacements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date continuing airworthiness records.
• Liaise with maintenance organizations to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure aircraft certification remains valid and meets all regulatory conditions.
• Report maintenance-related occurrences to aviation authorities.
• Implement safety, compliance, and human factors policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in continuing airworthiness management.
• Aircraft Engineer License (B1, B2, or C) – current or previous.
• Certificate IV or higher in Aircraft Maintenance.
• Diploma or higher in Aviation Maintenance Management.
• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics).
