We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our Perth team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys supporting customers and technicians, and takes pride in ensuring service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Role:

• Prepare purchase orders, create sales orders and daily invoicing
• Maintain departmental documentation and support contractor management portals
• Respond to expediting requests and order status enquiries
• Assist with monitoring customer asset information to support maintenance initiatives
• Coordinate parts and materials and post service sales quotations
• Assist with scheduling Service Technicians and allocating resources
• Provide general administrative support to the Service Team

About You:

• Previous experience in an administration or coordination experience would be highly regarded 
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
