We are currently looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing quotes, invoices, and sales & purchase orders through the ERP system
• Coordinating service technician schedules
• Handling and update customer communications via the CRM system
• Prioritizing and managing tasks to support the sales and service teams
• Assisting with compliance and internal processes
• Office Management

What We’re Looking For
Success profile central to managing / coordinating a team of technicians at customer sites:

• Strong experience in an administrative role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ideally, experience in engineering, construction, logistics, or utilities or relevant industry sectors
