The Community Administrator role is responsible for providing a high level of service and support to Community Team clients and stakeholders in the provision of administration activities associated with the Community Team, with a focus on supporting students and staff with RTO activities.
Perform administration processes associated RTO Enrolments for staff and external fee-paying clients
Answer and respond to all enquiries that come through the Community phone line.
Monitor and respond to all emails in the Training Outlook inbox
Prepare documents for the trainer for any face-to-face delivery day
Support RTO legal requirements with AVETMISS and Quality Indicator Reporting for RTO, and maintain a compliant filing system for RTO enrolment forms and assessments
Assist Education and Outreach teams as required and be available for events, including School Holiday Programs and Outreach Community Events
Maintain and prepare accurate statistics for the Training, Education, and Outreach teams
Provide accurate and timely agendas and minutes for all RTO meetings
Maintain and oversee the RTO supplies, such as leads, treat bags, and keep track of where each is allocated
Oversee all financial transactions for the Community Team, including all cash banking, credit card payments, receipting, refunds, invoice generation, and ensure allocations to correct cost centres are provided to the finance team each month
Follow all Administration Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for RTO and ensure they remain updated and current, and create new SOP's for any new administration tasks required
Provide administration for the Learning and Student Management System to ensure seamless processes for student enrolment and learning
Process all completed Microchipping Assessments and send off applications to the Office of Local Government for Authorised Identifiers
Oversee and set up work for any Community Administrator Volunteers
Comply with all RSPCA NSW policies and procedures, as implemented, varied, or replaced from time to time
Demonstrate personal leadership in the implementation of RSPCA NSW's Work Health & Safety (WHS) management system, facilitate its effectiveness by ensuring adequate resources are available, and that all employees are aware of their WHS obligations, and that one's personal behaviour models the organisation's commitment to WHS
