About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on the Gold Coast. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, revenue analysis, and commercial insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare timely management reports including revenue and expenses analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Oversea automated payroll system fortnightly, making sure it all runs smoothly.
- Manage and reconcile the internal credit cards expenses
- Be accountable on the automated claiming process, reconcile the revenue bank transactions every week.
- Consumer contribution invoicing and reconciliation
- Deliver variance reporting with meaningful commentary to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Partner with operational teams to provide commercial insights and support business performance improvement.
- Support the preparation of board reports and executive-level financial presentations.
- Thinking outside of box, identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Take the initiative to engage and contribute to the operations efficiency.
About You Essential:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management accounting or similar financial reporting role.
- CPA or CA qualified (or nearing completion).
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, revenue analysis, and experience/variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or MYOB).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Desirable:
- Experience in the community health industry with knowledge of DVA and Support at Home funding models.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to system implementations or process improvement projects.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior finance team members.
