This pivotal role acts as the central liaison between clinical and operational functions, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care and service coordination.

About the Role:  
In this role as a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day clinical operations, supporting staff across the entire business, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and responsiveness in all areas of service delivery. Reporting to the Nursing Branch Manager, you will be responsible for: 

Clinical Governance:
- Client comprehensive reviews 
- Escalation point for clinical, scheduling, or patient-related complexities. 
- Lead service plan creation, adjustments, and clinical coordination for new and existing clients. 
- Incident management 
- Implement policy and procedural updates; develop and review clinical documentation and forms. 
- Liaise with GPs, families, and other stakeholders regarding service delivery, care plans, and clinical concerns. 

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:  
- Provide operational support and leadership to the nursing and scheduling teams. 
- Coordinate case manager RN activities and facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Chair and coordinate regular clinical meetings, including agendas and action tracking. 

Operational Support:
- Support onboarding of new clients, liaising with referrers and families to ensure seamless transitions. 
- Oversee stock control, inventory management, and consumables ordering. 

About you: 
The ideal Clinical Lead will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care with integrity, professionalism, and compassion. You will possess a thorough understanding of clinical best practices and evidence-based care, with the ability to lead by example and support continuous improvement in service delivery.  

• Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably aged care or home care. 
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and Aged Care Quality Standards. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work between 6am and 6pm Monday - Friday 
• Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration.  
• Current CPR Certificate.  
• Current Police Check.  
• Immunisation History Statement. Vaccinations required: 

- Hepatitis B (3 dose series AND serology showing immunity 
- Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) (2 doses of live measles or MMR OR serology showing immunity OR birth before 1957) 
- Pertussis (1 dose of dTap within last 10 years) 
- Varicella (2 doses of vaccine OR serology showing immunity OR history of diagnosis of varicella or herpes zoster) 

• Statement of Service may be required.  
• Australian Citizenship or a work visa with no restrictions.  
• Your own reliable vehicle and current Australian Driver’s License.
